Compliance Assistance

There are many rules and regulations that all companies must follow to ensure they are compliant with federal and state law. Sabeza HR will conduct an audit to determine which rules and regulations apply to your company and ensure you have the tools and guidance to maintain compliance. The Sabeza HR compliance assistance will review employment classification (exempt vs. non exempt, employee vs. contractor), employee file review, handbook review, human resource policy review, required postings, recruiting process (job descriptions, applications, interview questions), I-9’s, e-verify, and more. Upon completion, you will receive a scorecard and an action plan, including what to stop, start, and continue.
