We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll, benefits administration, COBRA administration, leave of absence management (FMLA/non-FMLA Medical Leave), onboarding, employee relations and employment law. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. This position will work directly with Sabeza HR Clients and Client Employees and will report directly to the President/Owner.
This is a 100% Remote Position, and must be located in South Carolina for tax and employment law purposes.
Must be available and have flexibility to work during a typical 9am-5pm EST workday, Monday - Friday. The hours will vary from 10-25 hours per week (more as time goes on), dependent on business needs.
