Sabeza HR was founded in 2015 by Sarah Zasso, SPHR, SHRM-SCP. Sarah has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Communication from Marist College, in Poughkeepsie, NY and has earned both the SPHR certification (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from the Human Resources Certification Institute and the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) from the Society for Human Resource Management.
With over 15 years of Human Resources experience, she has worked with a wide variety of industries including retail, restaurant, office, insurance, manufacturing, banking, automotive, hospitality, non-profit, healthcare and more. Sarah served on the board of the SHRM affiliated Coastal Organization of Human Resources from 2015-19 and served as President 2017-18. She is a highly focused and energetic Human Resources professional, and prides herself on her integrity, passion, and positive nature. She is dedicated to meeting and exceeding client’s expectations.
We are proud to announce that Sarah was the first ever recipient of the IMPACT AWARD, presented by the Coastal Organization of Human Resources. She received the award in December 2018 for her Outstanding Leadership in COHR and her tremendous impact on the local human resources community.
