The Data Coordinator acts as the initial point of contact for data access agreements, data account setup, and user compliance with MLS Rules and Regulations. The position requires working closely with and reporting to the Executive Director of the MLS and providing ongoing status and objective reports to provide an efficient and smoothly run department. The Data Coordinator also provides customer support in areas related to the usage of the MLS and related services.

The Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (PCNP) works in collaboration with Tidelands Community Palliative Care staff to provide comprehensive, quality palliative care services to patients on their program. The PCNP will be responsible for providing patient visits for palliative care patients, both new and established and coordinating their plan of care with the palliative care team and other providers involved with their care. Patient visits will include visits to patient's homes and facilities. In addition, The PCNP will engage in independent decision-making about a patient's healthcare concerns and provide palliative care services as needed. Tidelands Community Palliative Care medical directors will be available for collaboration.
