What is Human Resources? According to the Oxford Dictionary, it is:
A. The personnel of a business or organization, especially when regarded as a significant asset.
B. The department of a business or organization that deals with the hiring, administration, and training of personnel.
Well, that’s not very clear. And the actual administration of Human Resources isn’t much clearer! At Sabeza HR, we look at it a little less “clinically” and more concise. At Sabeza HR, we define Human Resources as operating your company within employment law/regulations and making the “right” decisions for your employee’s and company. Sounds easy right? OK, we know it is not easy, and that is where Sabeza HR comes in. We have the knowledge and experience to navigate the muddy waters of HR. It can be confusing, time consuming, and frustrating.
