Your company encourages you to speak up and express any complaints/concerns that you may have related to your employment. They take your concerns very seriously and actively strive for an “open door” culture, where all employees feel comfortable reporting complaints/concerns within the company – to your direct supervisor, human resources, or another leader. However, they acknowledge that not everyone feels comfortable reporting concerns internally. That is why they have partnered with a third-party vendor, Sabeza HR. With a third party, you can report your complaint/concern in a safe and confidential manner.
The Employee Reporting Hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This service is provided by your employer and administered via Sabeza HR. Once the report is processed, it is provided to your company to review and respond to in a prompt and confidential manner. An internal or external investigator may be assigned.
